Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team via email within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original protective packaging, ensuring that all fragile resin or ceramic pieces are securely cushioned to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the return label and ship the parcel back to our UK studio using a tracked service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods to ensure they are in original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
